Our purpose and vision
Integer Development was founded in 2018. At the time, we saw an opportunity to work and live in one of the most beautiful places on earth. We saw an opportunity in a rapidly expanding market with low housing inventory. We saw an opportunity to create value in raw land while still understanding the local culture and community and its needs.
The concept is simple: bring the sophisticated practices and rigorous standards of the big international developers to Guanacaste, but as a local, boutique development group.
While our company has grown, our vision stays the same: capture and elevate a true sense of place in everything we do.
